Mortgage Investment Corporations / Funds

We offer investors a diligently selected offering of mortgage funds that specialize in providing both first and second mortgage funding to individuals or companies. These borrowers generally don’t qualify for traditional financing though banks or credit unions. Whilst they are well qualified to maintain and service their mortgage commitments, they don’t fall directly under the traditional banking lending criteria. As such they are excellent alternative lending candidates and usually have high net worth and above average credit scores.

Private Real Estate Trusts / Companies

Specialist and niche funds, offering investors passive exposure to well defined specialty types of real estate.

Examples such as multi-family residential apartments and student housing, industrial real estate and warehousing, Self storage facilities, Seniors Housing, niche developments.
