Centurion Real Estate Opportunities Trust (“Centurion REOT”) is an income-producing investment trust comprised of a diversified portfolio of mortgage investments and growth-oriented real estate investments. The REOT was created to capitalize on opportunities that were outside the scope of the Centurion Apartment REIT. Ultimately, the REOT provides developers an end-to-end solution for debt and equity financing and a potential exit in a sale of the stabilized development to Centurion Apartment REIT.
